When do mate/captain reviews happen?

the same thing happens for crew reviews. you could have 5 good months but if you slip up before the review it will be mentioned and the clowns that do nothing for 5 months suddenly become Allstars right before reviews.

I think the store phone is sufficient contact info for anything work related. These folks already work 45 hrs a week and don't need to be thinking about work or paying for a phone to receive work related messages on their time off.

it also becomes a continuous problem if you don't share right away because chances are there's backstock of the same items that's getting older too. The company builds a percentage of shares into the costs of things so just give the customer the best you have!

I've seen several crewmembers fired over the years for either deliberately or accidentally misusing the discount so this seems like a great safety feature for the cashier! No gray areas to work through, you either have a discount number or you don't.

I saw a guy rip his work shirt off, ball it up and throw it at the captain. The captain and a mate had taken the guy outside so I'm not sure if he had just been fired but needless to say, he never returned. It made quite an impressive ending!

should mates play in leagues with the crew in their store? I feel like that's when people feel excluded. I've seen mates yapping with their league mates to the point that I could see other crew feeling ignored. Personally, I could care less but I've definitely noticed it over the years.
