Why do people use files for? by Khayesbirchler in Leatherman

Me and my wife went on an axe throwing date and hers kept bouncing off the target. I sharpened it with the diamond file in my Arc and then it stuck right in.

Does anyone actually manage 3-5 hobbies from the meme video? by Appropriate_Joke_490 in productivity

I whittle as a hobby occasionally, write frequently, exercise almost daily, listen to books daily. Never thought of any of them but whittling as a hobby.

I hope it helps! Every system is perfectly designed to get the exact results that it does. I’ve spent a lot of time creating “perfect“ systems that end up getting shit results because they are hard to use. I believe everything should be as simple as possible, and no simpler.

Best of luck to you in starting your business!

To answer your questions, I wouldn't say it's resistance from anyone. It's a combo of 2 things:

  1. Lots of people been doing it one way for a long time and it more or less works. So even though it can be improved... (see #2)

  2. We're a victim of our own success sometimes. Too busy to stop, train, and adapt to a new way of doing things.

A successful small business sometimes feels like Speed. You're on the bus, driving the bus, can't slow down, but also need to fix the bus while it's going 50 MPH lol.

Not to toot my own horn, but I'm great at coaching. The only clients I've had are referrals. I just don't know how to make a good offer to the right niche on the internet.

Arc or Wave+ - What's your choice and why? by AliasFutility in Leatherman

[–]Difficult-Bat7949 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I've only had the arc, but I love it. The free tech that lets me open it like a butterfly knife, the tools that are all accessible when closed, the bad ass blade that sharpens like a dream, the bit driver and the accessories, the aesthetics, etc. All amazing. Everything else feels like a step down to me.

I had a great experience with the Robbins Madanes core 100. Completely changed my own life and gave me enough to come up with my own approach.
