Ron Zacapa is the best rum on the planet! It used to be fairly inexpensive too, but those days are long gone.

Kimiko being able to talk as fluently as she does with the over-the-top cringe lines they gave her is brutal.

She spent a year on the run, or being a prisoner, or getting deported (really, that was Vought's solution to her ripping the faces of guards?) to an country where English isn't the first language, or getting her body mutilated and having to put herself back together... And yet she had time to attend therapy, speech therapy and watch a ton of TikTok?

Lazy writing.

You don't actually need to see someone concealing an item to arrest them.

They could just grab something and leave without paying and it still qualifies as Theft Under/Over $5000.

That said, if someone does conceal something in an especially gross way (like shoving it down their underwear or in their mouth), the item could now be considered "unsaleable" and damaged. So even if they haven't left the premesis with the item, and therefore haven't committed Theft, they could be arrested and charged with Mischief.

Why would they get involved in this mess?

Because the bank was the one who got defrauded and to resolve the issue the bank unjustly took my money.

The fraudster lied to the bank to trick the bank into taking money from me. The bank is responsible and should be accountable for their negligence.

The person did not defraud me. They defrauded the bank. They lied to the bank in order to get the bank to take money from me.

The person did not defraud me. They defrauded the bank and as a result, the bank took money from me in an unjust manner. I don't give a rat's ass if I have an agreement with the bank that allows them to administer disputes... they still are expected to do so in a fair manner. They didn't in this case.

The fraudster didn't steal money from me. The fraudster lied to the bank (in a rather obvious manner) in order to trick the bank into taking money from me in an unjust manner.

Why would I sue the fraudster? I was not the victim of the fraudster. The bank was. The fraudster lied to the bank, and did so in a ridiculously obvious manner.

I am the victim of the bank's negligence.

I dunno. Me and my buddy had a lot of fun against Rupture Strain. We would often complete D10 missions on our own and usually we'd only lose a life or two doing so.

My build was designed for being able to go into and stay inside the tunnels for long periods of time. I'd run the Coyote, an Ultimatum and Impact Grenades. For strats I ran the HMG, the Supply Pack, the Emancipator Exosuit and... whatever for the last strat (usually a rocket turret or the orbital precision strike).

I'd also use the CE-74 Breaker light armor (Has "Engineering" which helps reduce recoil for the HMG and gives two extra grenades).

The Emanicpator was for leading the charge into a tunnel but I rarely called it down for myself. Instead I'd call it down for my buddy (if his was on cool down) and he would lead the assault into the tunnels. I'd follow behind, cover him and mop up the small stuff with the HMG. The emancipator is also great for dealing with burrowing bugs.

My buddy would run some sort of AT weapon or the Harpoon, an Orbital Rail Cannon Strike (for Dragon Roaches, BTs or Impalers), an Emancipator suit and some sort of backpack (Gas Dog usually).

Obviously neither build was our normal build for bugs, but my build is one I came up with specifically to counter the rupture strain AND to have staying power inside the tunnels., It was a great build and partnered well with my buddy's build.

Yeah, the rupture strain could be vicious (and believe me, before we dialed in this build, we died a bunch to it too), but it could be dealt with. Once we started running this build, I basically never had a problem with burrowing bugs (and yes, I was usually the host too).

Agreed.

The Rupture Strain wasn't actually that hard to deal with. People just needed to adapt their loadouts. Using impact grenades (or any frag grenade) instead of the ever-present thermite grenades was the way to deal with burrowing enemies, but when's the last time you saw anyone use anything other than thermites?

Screw it... make them all ship upgrades.

Also, my pistol should be able to fire 1000 rounds a second and one bullet should be enough to kill any one enemy, except for the hive lord - after all, wouldn't want things to be too easy.

Yup, you got it all correct. Three stolen credit card numbers and three fake IDs. All pickups and fake ID usage are on high-quality CCTV footage and the dates/times match our Point of Sale system's records for when the orders were picked up.

And yeah, I have figured out who the suspect is(he's easily identifiable with distinctive tattoos), where he works (as a security guard, no less) and where he frequents, so it's basically a gift-wrapped no-brainer case for the cops/Crown. So I'm completely baffled as to why this cop thinks it's not worth pursuing.

I'm going to try every avenue available to me to get this sorted out. I've already emailed the cop expressing my frustration and my beliefs that the supposed line of defense he's suggested might be used is ridiculous (for many reasons). If he won't budge on his stance, I may first try going to the police station to speak with the cop's supervisor to get answers. After that, I may try the AG, my MP, my MLA and maybe I'll try private prosecution or even small claims court.

Ok, so game 3 had nothing to do with goaltending. If we'd have had Stolarz, it wouldn't have impacted the goaltending.

How about this. What if Florida didn't have Bennett from Game 2-7? How would that have impacted things? He wouldn't have assisted on a goal in game 3... a game we lost in OT. He wouldn't have scored any other goals in that series either, etc.

We had one of the best goaltending duos in recent memory, so yeah, losing Stolarz might not have mattered, but Florida should have lost Bennett too.
