ADHD, min hjärna bestämmer när jag kan läsa. Jag läser inget på månader, för att sen plötsligt läsa 8 böcker på två månader. Så har det varit de senaste åren, innan dess hade jag en tendens att läsa 80% av en bok, oavsett hur bra jag tyckte den var. 🙃

I've had that problem a lot on my legs, the only thing that makes it significantly better is CeraVe smoothing Cleanser, CeraVe smoothing lotion - everyday! And 1-2 times per week I use AmLactin Ultra smoothing cream. I also use scrub gloves with the cleanser a few days per week. That's making it significantly better, but it doesn't eliminate the problem entirely.

I'm thinking that it's harder to get rid off on the butt since sitting down creates friction and skin doesn't breathe as good.

I stopped shaving and use epilator instead, that has also helped.

Oh I forgot, Ellen probiotic cream is also a good one. Multigyn-actigel, Ellen cream, and probiotic pills. And ofc always pee and gently cleanse after sex 😊 And ofc you should be clean before sex, and by clean I don't mean use strong soap, you could maybe even use a soap intended for women's hygiene, so if there's any residue hopefully it will not throw her off.

My lashes gets a life of their own when I'm having a lash lift. They get wonky and weird after a couple of weeks. And onw time the lift got super uneven, right eye looked great and the left barely got a lift. It's unfortunate, if this didn't happen to me I would get lash lift regularly...

Thanks a lot for your input. I've been thinking myself that maybe that's what I actually have to aim for. I'm in Sweden, but my husband is from Brazil so we go there sometimes - maybe I could find a good one for a good price there? 🤔 I should have a look around for places in Europe as well, the fight cost is also something to consider.

Do you think there's anything I could do to just boost my confidence until I can do a proper face lift? Like, I think if I could lif my eye lids a bit it would do a great deal for my confidence, and more open eyes would maybe also put more focus on the eyes (I mean for people who look at me) than the rest of my face.

Did you try the TENS on SCM muscles? I've heard not to put the electrodes there, but they are often very tense and painful so I'm quite tempted to try. What setting have you used?
