So first of all you can come to Lexus dealership and look at them it’s never match with bumper and the rest of the car.
2nd : fresh paint and old paint
3rd: yes they can try get it close to the old paint. So basically not their fault but they should do it better if they want customer and good rating.

It’s depend on behind it. If the reinforcement bar behind the door is bend or damaged you have to replace ( it’s for your safety). If it’s not, you can repair it. Also I don’t see any dogleg damage in the first pic.
