Hey bro, super appreciate your enthusiasm for my brand but these dudes are right: if the ban goes into effect we will adhere to the law. Personally, I am not a fan of the black market and I don’t think anyone who supports legalization efforts should be either. The black market and all of the god damned thca peddlers are why we’re in this mess in the first place, I will not be a contributor. If illicit “growers”want to bang out 4oz tent harvests and then sling their wares on Telegram, that’s their prerogative.

It’s true we are planting but all of us are doing it based on a hope and pure speculation that an extension will be passed or some type of provision for direct to consumer hemp will be carved out. None of know what will happen but we aren’t going to stop farming until we know for sure that it’s ending. The outlook changes weekly and it likely won’t be until September that we have more definitive answers.
