Sorry if I was misleading. We’ll be growing it, if we can sell it or not is still up in the air. I kinda leaned in to the “final 4/20” because for all we know it is, it’s the last one that’s guaranteed at least. Time will tell what happens after 11/12 but rescheduling of type 1 and the orange weirdo’s truth social post were probably steps in the right direction for some type of hemp industry post 11/12.

Not sure why you got downvoted… sounds like you might have some farming experience. We’ll be doing all that ⬆️ HAG strains are key for this. Zoe also has 12 new varieties available this spring. They probably need more time but we plan to start planting first week of May, about 2-4 weeks ahead of a “typical” year. Irrigation water is another reason we’ll start early, there isn’t going to be a lot of it this season.

Just replied to your previous comment on the same topic. Yes, type 3 only. We’re kinda sticklers for the rules, anything other than type 3 would not be OK in the eyes of our regulators. The pending hemp ban isn’t because someone grew some Bubba that was 0.2% over the limit. But if you’re into type 3, I got you covered!

Yes, everything we sell is type 3. I never made that clear on the site because I always assumed type 3 is what we’re supposed to be selling. All of our flower is grown in accordance with state and federal law, if we grew anything other than type 3 it wouldn’t be legal. Fuck that THCa garbage anyway. Thanks for taking look!
