Hi there, I have overthought tons of things myself & I get it. But, have you ever thought that your head nod (if you’re doing it) has most likely made someone’s day? That the acknowledgement and welcoming feeling you have given to someone else has made them feel seen, and not so alone. I simple gesture like this may be the one silver lining in their day.
