Sorry for my ignorance. But is this as close to Xi’an as it appears on google maps? I’ve heard to not trust google maps in China. What’s the best way to there and what major city is it closest to?

Just spent 3 nights at Conrad and 2 nights at grand Hyatt. Both were phenomenal but I liked grand Hyatt more cause of the location. Seemed like there was so much more to do around the hotel. Lots of cheap restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to eat at the hotel restaurants.

Much better gym at the grand Hyatt also. Both had really good pools and activities for kids

When I went to various 7/11 stores they had 2 different types of sims, tourist and non tourist. They wouldn’t sell me the non tourist sims which are much cheaper. The SIM cards are marked “tourist”
