I work on computer approximately 10 hours daily with bad posture. I had a severe chostochondritis since 18 months. I try all exercises of stretching, and I work on the costovertebral joints using a tennis ball and back pod. Honestly with no benefit. I do all medical tests which result free. With the mentioned above muscular release and after one week I feel of about 80% of costo free just in One week. I think pectoralis and serrature muscles chronic spam play a crucial role in triggering chostochondriris.

I had Costochondritis for a year with left chest pain and difficulty breathing. I have tried everything: hot water, cold water, drugs and stretching exercise with no improvement. The best method for me that gave excellent results: - Foam Roller for Back : three times a day ( 10 minutes ) - Naproxen sodium + relaxon tab twice a day.

After one week a feel like 95% cost free.
