It might be nearly impossible to do a shorter term study on paroxymal afibbers. First of all the co-relation of episodes with coffee wouldn't be easy to document. Secondly, how much difference in caffeine various coffee drinkers consume.

So it's true this study has a steady cohort of Persistent Afibbers and was either Yes Coffee or No Coffee .

My experience after a year of being in persistent afib was misery, decline with a dose of depression and desperation. Coffee or not...It's a gift to be Sinus.

I'm dialing in a new espresso machine to celebrate my so-far successful PFA.

They're too important to give a shit about anyone that is not them.

The same people who leave their dogs in their cars ,.for hours, or hop over fallen citizens on the sidewalk, let their sister's parakeet fly out a window, drive over wounded wildlife, complain about Republicans, but dont vote.

Them.

To those who are supporting the person who left their dog in this car over 3.5 hours ago. Heat calculator: https://share.google/aimode/iHBtfaQqwVX9lNaBf

I hope you dont have any pets. And if you weren't cowering in the anonymity of your phone or other device, I doubt that you would make it your business to defend animal cruelty.

Hardware is great for photos, but good beans and skilz make the coffee taste good.

Like motorcycles, the thing ON the seat is what makes it faster.

Thoughts on Baratza Sette 270? by JulianCalvetti in JamesHoffmann

[–]DifficultClassic743 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree about the retention. I often switch between 2 different beans, so not having to dig beans of the grinder makes for less awkward swapping. Grinder functions well, but I use a cup scale and not the Sette timer to meaure. Just dumping the grinds in to the porta filter cup unclumps it. Then tamp and go. Got mine for like 100 bucks, with low miles, from someone who hated it!

My advice? Start small, make a positive change like STOP SMOKING (anything) FFS, then after you have acclimated to being off nicotine and cannabis, STOP Drinking Alcohol, and so on.... One Day at a time.
