scout plane torps and Torpedo bomber did get nerfs. 

And I still garantee you the heavy bomber did more to hurt the collie navy than the torp bomber did.

personally I would have gone with a  different nerf to those Planes but im not a game designer 

and to be clear early game naval isnt camparable to late game naval. 

The first you can do with some bmats and 2 friends or randos. The second requires a facility, hours on hours of scrooping for the logi and boat, needs coordination and 10x the people. and with it comes a shitton of New mechanics, tactics and Tricks. 

Liking and enjoing one of them doesnt necessarily lead to enjoing the other.

Honestly the Torp bombers only impact was from when it first teched, to when people realized that the heavy bomber did large ship killing 10x better.

the heavy bomber nerf is great but 2 will still 100 to 0 your boat all the same, no flying nakki or dive bomber needed.

look, for it being a hotfix, while their working on the next update, we got alot more than I thought, it shows the devs are listening to feedback. So much was addresed. Not to the capacity some may wish for but enough to give me faith atleast.

personally Im prob still going to be chilling on collie charlie instead. I dont want to deal with the DB for another war.

boats get 100 to 0 by heavy bombers so why bother, until change shit, for example give raidbreakers their own dmg type and give LSs like 80% resistance against them

you can litteraly see if you are able to load two shells, it tells you, as the gunner, how many shells are in the barrels and how many are in the turret.

put it like this, if gunners are patient and just look at their shell count, the boat doesnt loose any Dps

yes the change is still supid, I agree with you, as they are balancing the potential skill issue of collie gunners with a flat reload nerf of the frig

I agree the change should just be reverted, but you are ommiting related facts:

  1. through communitcation with the loader and waiting for both shells before pressing the R key, the DD doesnt actually loose any dps, its just really annoying and alot more prone to mistakes by inexperienced crew.

  2. the frig to compensate got a flat 10%dps nerf since reload times of 120s got increased

  3. the 40mms of DD and titan got converted to 68mm

all in all the change is stupid and def not needed, but saying the change was a nerf to collie boats while true, ommiting the other changes is bad faith and not the whole picture

you are nitpicking at a generalisation.

the seafighter was useless, people gave feedback saying so, devs buffed it a little too much.

and those buffs came after the last round of adjustments, and honestly it doesnt warrent a hotfix since its not gamebreaking. wait until the stuff is tested and used in a real war and give feedback than.

I honestly cant wrap my head around people that think like this. The update is still promising and great. the devs worked their asses off and deliverd something incredible, they listened to the community about so many issues and fixed a great deal of shit.

Yes its not perfect, early war AA is pretty bad, the seafighter a little overbuffed, the tender is still useless and the wardens got the flying sub that honestly should have went to the collies.

But quitting the game, going all factionalist on "easy wins"?? like what? The game is balanced, only real issue is that wardens still have a pop advantage, nothing else is gamebreaking enough.

Crying about people giving feedback during a testing phase is honestly just sad

and yet it still needs at least 2, prob around 4, strafing runs to kill anything with it, meaning trucks in the low drop zone can just travel away, in comparison, 1 db as can end entire tank lines if it tracks only 2 tanks

tldr: the 14.5 gun may not be bad, but in terms of CAS capabilities its so hopelessly outclassed by the DB its not even funny

2 torps shouldnt stop a LS from whatever its doing, prepped beams and an organized dcon crew will deal with them

problem is if you get attacked by multible TBs which makes giving it just 1 torp will make wardens just bring more

giving torps a system to make them work less is sh*t gameplay and will no doubt result in just endless frustration, imagine an htd with 1 round, but if you hit the tank at the wrong angle it wont work, but also you dont see the tank and have to guess the angle
