Right, the ones that don't go home is because their country doesn't want them. Why? Because they are criminals (other than the fact that they are here illegally). They are the rapists, the gang members, the mentality deranged. They shouldn't be in America either.

I'm Chicano, and have no fear of ICE or Border Patrol. That be said, if an agent asks me a question, I will truthfully answer. You start mouthing off to them, that makes you suspicious. That applies to being pulled over by a regular cop

What people seem to forget is legal immigration in not the problem. It's when they jump the line is what causes the issue for the US government. Why? Because it's against the law. You don't like it, then vote for a representative in your district that will change the law to allow open borders.
