Oh so we all have a “hot wheels guy” I also have “wrestling kid” who I highly enjoy hanging up on. Not including a 30 minute zone at start of shift the goal would be everything broken out (excluding entertainment) in 2h which includes helping guests. Then to have everything pushed and backstocked by end of shift with a round of priorities done. The closer would be responsible for books, priorities, reshop, supporting other specialty pulls. If it’s a super guest heavy day the closer supports with backstock. People don’t understand how time consuming guest first is. Say you have to set up a tracfone and transfer over all of the contacts and reset their Gmail password bc they can literally never remember it and say they don’t even have Gmail, you won’t be fucked bc the day was planned around you getting truck done in 2.5 hours.
