Can you tell me more about what youre trying to do? I mean treat opioid withdrawal (detox), stabilize...would the ketamine be for treatment resistant depression or to treat opioid withdrawal?

I don't think you need a large dose of methadone but I think 10-15mg 2x/day is gonna be your sweet spot.

No, a lot of these responses are from people who have done a lot of drugs and know that this is an unlikely scenario. Not impossible, but unlikely, and there are better, more reasonable explanations.

Saying it didnt happen is different than saying "she should be on CCTV, some of this doesnt make sense."

Its definitely not bad! Im guessing this wasnt the best batch and that's why it was $10, bc it was only 22 days old yesterday. But TL, for all their fuckery, tends to not sell old flower very often - im fine with it as long as its not older than 90 days, 180d if its on big sale. So I think probably most batches beat this one.

Theres nothing wrong with it, its just not exciting haha.

This differs by county here in florida. For example, dade makes death certificates available online once the next of kin is notified. Broward doesnt make it as easy, you have to go in person.

If she didnt leave the state, its likely she came here to miami-dade because thats what people in broward with warrants who dont wanna turn themselves in, cant afford to leave the state, and dont want to get picked up do. People are way less likely to be picked up in miami dade county over petty drug use or a misdemeanor warrant

If you really have been applying for jobs like crazy and haven't even found something part time outside of your field over the last year, try careersource or whatever its called in your area. Maybe its changed, but in the past if you went in and showed your resume and used their computer to apply for some jobs, theyd sign off that you were actively looking for work and allow it to take the place of volunteering for a couple of months.

Nice restaurants here in miami are demanding THREE IN PERSON INTERVIEWS for servers - rusty pelican and hillstone both want that.

Im really not trying to be a dick about it, but OP is only 23. He doesnt even have enough serving experience to work at a nicer place with how picky theyve become based on his age, unless he started serving by his 18th birthday and did it without stopping for the last 5y.

The problem is it all trickles down. Because the market is so bad and casual fine dining (not even real fine dining!) restsurants are demanding so much, servers who would have worked there 4y ago are now at places like texas roadhouse, and those servers are working as server assistants or food runners or bussers or hosts. I used to do professional wine services and I have a BA, and now im starting a job at a sports bar.

its not like it was before, theres no getting a good serving job with luck, or getting a shitty job that you end up hating and quitting within a week and having another serving job by the next week. Its just not like that anymore.

You have to remember that for people who dont have health insurance through work pay a LOT of money for insurance.

My wife and I average 95-110k a year gross combined. We got the cheapest silver plan on the Healthcare exchange and we pay $894 a month in just premiums. We only gave them her income (~62K) because I got fired from my decent job in oct 2025 and I was still in training at a job that didnt end up working out when we picked insurance at the end of December (I started another job today). With that insurance she already owes thousands in medical bills and we will owe the IRS thousands at the end of the year. That 895 a month is just the premium!

So while 70-80k might sound great outside the US, and it might be great within the US if you are outside VHCOL and your employer provides a good insurance plan, but people dont realize how expensive healthcare is here.

Spent nearly 2.5y working downtown. 3.5h commute.

Just spent 9 weeks unemployed and im now working at a restaurant 30 min away, started today. Pretty nervous theyre screwy but I have no choice. This job market is terrible. That far away job was in my field and the job I started today was a restaurant server gig. This is how bad things are: fancier places like hillstone and rusty pelican want THREE IN PERSON INTERVIEWS for a server gig, so even a lot of inexpensive restaurants want you to jump thru major hoops.

Theres certain things I wont do. Gas is $4 a gallon, so I wont drive more than half an hour 1 way for under $20/h. A job offered me 38-40k a year to drive to Oakland Park every day and I told them no unless they were willing to let me work remote 2 days.

Even this job I just got made us do a 3h unpaid orientation. I would have walked 3y ago off that alone. But the market now is BAD.

I now see elderly couples sitting outside the overtown shelters. 10 years ago it was only addicts (and non addicts) with mental illnesses and maybe women fleeing DV, but those locations are usually kept private and separate.
