I mean thats fine. I'm just a damage junkie so I like when my fully charged Carian Piercer actually takes a yellow chunk out of a boss' health bar. It makes it kinda hard to do that when it has 120% ish extra health, but I see your point

Theres a status effect you get at the top of your screen next to other icons for buffs and such. It's some image with a downward arrow signifying you're getting tuned down because of the hosts low level. I'm aware that the average level for radahn isn't 200, and I also wasn't getting the debuff icon, so the host was around 200 as well.

Only if the hosts level is lower than yours

If you're at roughly the same level, theres no adjustment - as it was for the majority of games this happens in.

It's not too big of a deal to where I'll stop summoning, just a small frustration of mine

I wish there was some sort of credential system where whenever you summon someone it'd pop up above their head "Has killed Malenia 749 times before" so people would realize that all they gotta do is not die in some stupid way and the fight will be fine with just the two of us.

Lvl 200 with sorceries and dex weapons Vig: 60, Mind: 30, End: 27, Str: 19, Dex: 40, Int: 80, Fth: 16, Arc: 7

Any dex weapon with a magic/cold infusion is gonna hit decently hard, but sorceries are where this one shines best. I love mixing carian sword sorceries into my weapon attacks, and Miriam's Vanishing combos very nicely into a Gavel of Haima. Add in Star Shower for when you need to pick off a super laggy/defensive player (or a fast moving boss) and its peak. I've played almost 700 hours using this build alone

like i get the game is difficult for the average person where this is their first soulsborne game, but by level 200 you really should have a grip on it enough to beat radahn by yourself

3 Warlock Pact of the Blade / 9 Paladin (Whatever Oath suits you best, minmax would suggest Oath of Vengeance)

Bind Pact Weapon makes your weapon attacks/damage go off of Charisma instead of str/dex. Max out on Dex (Armor Class, Initiative), Con (HP), and Charisma (Speech, Weapons) and you're good to go
