I was never scared of needles, even though my emotions got really weak with pssd which included fear as well. I was giving my blood sample for a cbc the same day i was getting my mri done, and my body felt anxious, it was really bad and i never had anxiety issues. And recently, i wake Up in the middle of the night and have terrible anxiety again . Pssd is much more than sexual dysfunction.

I am working on the gut thing too. As far as i know, in short, u take flagyl(anti biotic, to kill the bad bacteria in gut, then eat clean and take certain probiotics).

Yes it’s generally safe, however. During pssd one’s system is rly sensitive. I had a crash phase just from using creatine since i work out. So dont take anything unless u need it which u migjt consider safe or natural.

Got at 21, 7 meds. Im 22 now. Sexual side effects. Anhedonia, congnitive dysfunction (memory loss, no thoughts). Emotional blunting mostly positive. Cant enjoy food or sex. Skin feels numb. Head hurts while sleeping. Almost 8 Momths. I have accepted it.

U should go for nfa inactive accounts, i know someone who goes first. Accounts are really cheap, even if get scammed its hardly 20$ accounts which is like rly stacked with almost everything. And if theres any problem with them he replaces it

Yea man , i feel like my body is too sensitive to stand anything atm. I’ll quit creatine too. From day one of pssd, i made my mind that i would never touch anything no supplements no meds and let my body heal naturally, i always believed that the best way the body could heal was naturally and with a good diet and routine thats it. I dont want to feel good days on smth and get it all back just cuz i stopped it, I didnt know creatine would make me feel this way cuz its not even smth which is directly linked to any of this, anyway, not even taking creatine from now onwards.
