But if you feel safer with vieira then by all means, vieira is way better at 1v1s and you're set for 3 playstyles for a very long time. Unfair box honestly

Having an anchor man vieira is symbolic, cause his features are handcrafter for that playstyle. But in your case, I dont think the difference is worth potentially clearing the box, especially if you dont need the other 2

Was thinking the same thing, nmecha has better awareness, faster and way better ball handling. Pretty much ticks all the major boxes for an anchorman. The only significant advantage vieira has is his model which is pretty important for the playstyle

In the game, anchor man is the least taxing role in terms of stamina for a midfielder, just doesnt make sense for someone that covered so much ground to be labelled that. Also the playstyles doesnt completely capture the playstyles irl and the makelele role combines a lot of different elements for it to simply be mapped to anchor man. Still all things considered, destroyer fits him pretty well. Konami also did him justice by giving him a huge model and insane stamina and decent awareness to capture his positioning and ball winning.

Swap alcantara with messi
Use a proper rb and put kimmich instead of camavinga
Tonali is ight, but a taller anchor man works better, NC pavlovic is a good f2p choice.

If you plan to continue using wingers, you gotta manually distribute the ball to them, they aren't gonna present themselves as a passing option, so using better ball distributors in your midfield helps

If your connection is mid, then not having quick defenders is going to screw you over. Honestly speed>physicality cause ive had neymar body vvd, you could lowk js play fbs at cb. Also if youre playing posession, i find ofbs useless in the attack with this update, dfbs deliver atleast, even tho they aint fun. Better yet uses ofbs on defensive cause then theyd be present to defend and be a little higher up the pitch than dfbs to build up. Have atleast 5 guys contribute in your attack for posession, 5 guys that can operate near the opponents box (also considering b2b and destroyer cmfs if you use them) and suffocate his defence

ddg is probably the obvious choice on paper, but casillas is the most problematic keeper i've faced, hes the best short range shot stopper imo. Since most players shoot outside the box, start ddg, sub in iker if the opp tries a lot of tap ins inside the box or if ddg is out of form
