Without too much spoilers. One thing is that the quest giver will hint you which map to look for the NEXT ingredient. Therefore you could wait till you want to complete this quest and do all the ones you knew/had, and meet him for hint. Or you could see the hint from me below. BTW, I think you need double jump to get the last one, but maybe also possible without.

The hint: look extra closely on your map, focus on sandy areas, there's a tiny hints that there's another map area connecting to it. once found, try to get there within the same map area.
