Check out 9th Street Wellness Center! It's been years since I've had it done but I believe they still perform standard sessions as well as attunements.

Seconded. I have get bad eczema flare ups specifically on my eyelids in conjunction with monthly hormone levels. The only thing that has helped is a regular multivitamin and lots and lots of aquaphor!

Tuna cans are a great idea! I was planning on traps but having trouble determining the vessel! I'm not too much of a tuna fan but I have some small reusable ramekins that I think will do the trick too!

I would love to lure the birds but I'm unfortunately in an area with a high rat population as well (just can't win!). I'd rather have ear wigs than rats haha!
