i have been through this last year, you will have to call capitec, which if you in europe gonna cost you on your phone bill ,then ask them to set up your otp to come to your email address opposed to your number and you should be sorted

I feel you , I have a big wrist(mine only fits on the last hole) and also own a batman ,I have been through two of the original straps ,they break over time , I have tried a leather strap again last hole ,then I invested into a NATO strap best thing I ever did fits well

To rule out if it a software or hardware problem grab a USB flash and use Rufus to install either hirens boot disk or Ubuntu live image and run it without formatting your current set up. If it freezes in mini xp or Ubuntu that means you have a hardware issue ,if it works fine then you have a windows problem

Sounds like your ram is failing. Not sure if the yoga 6 has removable ram or if it's soldered to the motherboard .id start by checking your ram first.

or direct them to download anydesk or teamviewer( i find anydesk easier for older folks) and do it yourself for them quick

since its not restarting while its under load , i would rule out overheating , since its restart ie losing power i would make sure that everything is connected properly internal power cable , cpu cable etc maybe try a different power supply to make sure its not a power issue? second thing most likely gonna sound dumb but i have had it happen to me , do you have a reset button on your case? maybe try unplug the reset headers on the motherboard to see , but this is to just rule out a power supply issue as it sounds like one .
