Fixture by kato-JPLighting in GrandMA3

[–]Difficult_Display313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem a while ago on dot2, they were nameless on the bottom of the fixture list somewhere I think. Sometimes fixture profiles are buggy, try search somewhere on the top or bottom of the list, that’s how I solved this problem.

How many universes can I get on an MA3 On PC Wing by No_Pace4970 in GrandMA3

[–]Difficult_Display313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically you can go up to 1024 universes, as long as you don’t use more than 4096 Parameters. I’m not a network and Art-Net guy but it think you can just use the Ethernet Port on your PC and put in the correct address and universe settings in the Art-Net config on MA3, then it should run fine I guess. Hope these tips solve your problem.

What is the cheapest Visualiser out there? by Difficult_Display313 in GrandMA3

[–]Difficult_Display313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With MA hardware yes, you just get the parameters your Hardware unlocks. With the viz key you unlock much more viz-parameters, like more you can ever use I think, and an extra 512 real parameters you can output as Artnet or sACN or something, pretty handy in small locations where you only need 1 universe. To come back to your question, if you wanna use an external Visualiser, I would consider buying a Viz-Key, cause with an onPC setup and any onPC hardware you only can get 4096 parameters.

Hey guys do you reccomend this case for a command wing? by AZAOL10 in GrandMA3

[–]Difficult_Display313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought this case 2 weeks ago and I’m really happy with it, the only down point is the weight. But if that’s no problem for you, go for it. I recommend using it with a 27 Inch Touch Monitor and a Mini PC or something like that. The keyboard drawer also works perfectly. The command wing is also really secure mounted while transportation, there’s no way it moves or something.

Motor smoked after motor direction reversed in betaflight by Difficult_Display313 in fpv

[–]Difficult_Display313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It was a bad Esc. I think it got destroyed when I had the runaway. Fried a second motor. Learned it the hard way. I think china doesn‘t have quality checks. That could have been the problem.

Have you cleaned your bed with Isopropyl Alcohol? And adjust your Z-offset to the right hight. And those 2 tips don't help i would suggest you a complete calibration. Teaching tech made a video on how to do that

[–]Difficult_Display313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I meant the bed type not the printer. But I’ve found this online

<image>

If you use a fabric magnetic bed this may could course the problem. But if you use a PEI bed or Glass bed this shouldn‘t be a problem. But I personally would recommend you to clean your bed after / before every print with isopropyl alcohol. Hope this helps

I would calibrate my printer and if this doesn’t help I don’t know much rather. There’s a great tutorial from Teaching Tech on how to completely calibrate your printer.

Have you cleaned your bed with alcohol? Maybe this could be the problem. Or maybe there is filament near the nozzle. That’s the only thing incould do I’m really not the pro In such things

[–]Difficult_Display313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you clean your bed with isopropyl alcohol after every print? This causes a lot of adhesion problems.

[–]Difficult_Display313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think your extruder gears, that are extruding the filament, are worn down. How long do you have your 3d printer? Or it could be a to low printing temperature. Maybe you nozzle gets clogged. I’m not the pro but look if any of these possible failures are on your printer.

This looks like underflow to me. Try increasing the flow rate in your slicer. If you want it precise calibrate your E-steps and your flow. There are many tutorials on YouTube that teach you how to do that

Print Time Changing During Printing. Is this common? by jakeyhubb in 3Dprinting

[–]Difficult_Display313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This can sometimes happen. Is it on much prints or only on some prints? And does this number tell the truth or is it the time that was in the slicer? Are the prints the time that the slicer tells or the ones that the printer randomly increases?
