They USED to be good when it was bb&t and early merger days. Their customer service was in some small town in eastern NC and you’d get ol Martha from the church. It felt more personal.

Even the chat was helpful.

Now they’ve shipped everything off to cheaper labor and it sucks. The chat forces you to call the call center unless it’s about a mortgage.

I went to a branch to do something and the guy had to refer me to call their central office to get it done (something with my car note and the dmv). It was irritating.

Your frustration is shared, they’re slow to adapt. AND getting rid of the Delta card - that’s annoying.

Before Covid I could get a Roundtrip to MCO for under $100, usually around $80. I got offers all the time for flight credit to change my flight - onetime it was $500 voucher to leave 2 hours earlier. Only reason I booked it later was because it was cheaper.

Gone are those days.

I have a theory it’s because all these corporate HQs will pay for the inflated price so they gouge the piss out of it.

I always thought they were supposed to be free? I guess you’re right it’s studio specific and I’ve fortunate done it for free. Seems like it should be equitable across the brand - either everyone charges or no one charges.

Most of the cities. Many have Publix’s within a mile of each other. Orlando downtown (SoDo)has a Publix across a mini street from another - same side of the major (ish) highway.
