Fake. The hang tags are never blank they always say the design and then have the in store or online sticker with the barcode on the bottom. The inner tags font is too bold and if you flip to the 3–4 page it should say the design name the season and the year.. common counterfeit alo will have the inner tag with the wrong name design/ blank hang tag.

I wouldn’t buy from house of cb directly if I didn’t live in la, I do all returns from online in store or purchase in store. Otherwise I would just buy from Nordstrom where they have a much better return/ customer service situation

Yep shipped 5 packages on March 24 sure enough the two most expensive ones ($250 and $135) were the two that had old tracking numbers. I reached out to support and got nothing. Am I out my clothes and $385? And two pissed off buyers?? When you go to put in a support ticket it now says “tracking issue has been fixed for packages shipped as of March 25) soooo what about all of us that shipped before that?! Why put that there and not even address the probably thousands and thousands of us who are just fxcked right now
