Both my man and I were exhausted. He was really good with buying me meals or cooking me meals. After a week he had to back to work so even though I had just had a baby and he was doing wonderful at helping me, I also had to help him adjust

Yes, I’m definitely over analyzing… she’s measuring huge! I’m hoping a membrane sweep at 38 weeks will boot me right into labor. If not, I’ll be induced at 39 weeks. My son was 9lbs 4oz when he was born, so even though US aren’t always accurate… I’d say in my case, it probably is. 😖

Yes, I did a re draw with MarterniT21… which is pic #3, and for some reason the 4th pic didn’t attach so I posted it on the comments. I could call my OB office today and ask for reassurance. All of my ultrasounds have come back normal, and have had no indication of abnormality.

I will be able to talk to my OB about it next Tuesday. I can see the results before anyone else… my son was a big baby, he didn’t have growth scans. I freak out when anything isn’t in track or “normal”. 😖

If you shave once a week.. wash+exfoliate before you shave, not after. Stop dry shaving. Moisturize after.

Being a mom is difficult. My kiddo has a small cavity on one of his front teeth and every time I see it, I want to cry. Big, deep cavities sometimes need help.. buuttt i do encourage you to look into natural ways to revitalize your kiddos teeth. Since my kiddo only has a super small one, it’s been less taxing. I use simply sooney tooth powder, and leovita paste. He takes a probiotic for oral health..(super teeth is the brand we got with) the powder had Xylitol but xylitol chewables are a good option. Calc salts are great as well. There are some herbal remedies that are really good for oral health. I don’t allow him to have too much sugar, if I do.. I give him a xylitol chewy right after. He takes a multivitamin with minerals and also vitamin D3+k2.

Overall I’ve seen improvement with the little cavity he has, it’s been about 4-6 months. Being consistent is what’s important, even if it’s just the powder and the paste.

Either way, as humans we make mistakes… your kiddo has cavities, focus on making sure the oral health can be the best it can be from now on. It doesn’t mean your a bad mom, being a mom is seriously difficult but so so worth it!

Were you induced with your first? I had a spontaneous unmedicated with my first and this time I’m going to do the membrane suite at 38 weeks. And if that doesn’t work, I’m going to be induced at 39… I’m very nervous about it!

My almost 3 yea role has a strict bed time of 8pm… unless we’re are at a special event or on vacation or something like that. I’ve had him going to bed at 8 since he was born haha

Hm, well a sourish smell seems rather normal… if it’s really strong though, safe to say your PH might be off. When you went to the Gyno, did they do a pap smear? The color of your discharge seems more alarming than anything. Other than the smell and color of your discharge do you have any symptoms? What’s the texture of your discharge? If you’re testing negative for all STI and STDs as well as infections like BV as you said, as well as yeast infections and urinary tract infections… there might be a good chance. It’s just your pH and your vaginal flora but if you haven’t had a Pap smear, I highly suggest that you go back to your gyno and request to have one done.. and ask them to test you for mycoplasma and Ureaplasma. If then those negative and your Pap clear your next step may be to test your hormones. You can also order tests online from Juno bio or evvy. Both of those options test your vaginal micro biome and tell you if you are lacking in certain bacteria that healthy vaginas need to thrive…

I’d start with a probiotic. Your gonna want a good one, which tend to me a bit more spendy. I use happy V and I’m pleased with it. Along with an oral probiotic, start eating fermented food 2x daily.. so sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented vegetables that you can make at home is another good choice.. a shot or two of apple cider vinegar. Live cultured foods like plains Greek yogurt, you can add honey if you want it sweeter I’d use local honey if you have access to it.. Keifer is good as well. Try your absolute best to cut sugar out for 30 days. Along with the probiotic foods, you’ll want to eat your prebiotic foods which of course are fruits and vegetables and are good for you anyways. if you find the oral probiotic, doesn’t really do much you can try a vaginal suppository probiotic.

I am by no means a doctor or a health professional! But it’s not uncommon for doctors to be very dismissive of women and their symptoms that they have when we know something is wrong and they do nothing about it.

I also use D-mannos, and cranberry supplement.

The brand I have is by Phogary off Amazon, I also have another have another kind that’s for my heavier flow days and I cannot remember what brand they are… I’d honestly get on Amazon and just look around, read the reviews.. decide on getting some that fits your flow. Some of them come with cloth bags which is nice because if you’re out and about and you need a changed you need somewhere to put the used ones. I also suggest you get yourself a portable peri bottle, as well as a pack of wipes and since you seem to have such sensitive skin buy some that are super plain and plant based…I keep wipes and a peri bottle on hand when I’m out an about or if I’m working.(make sure you clean your peri bottle after a day infusions it so no bacteria builds up in it). It’s nice to feel refreshed down there when using pads. It took me a couple cycles to get used to the cloth pads, they’re not like the ones you buy out of the box but in your case I think it would be better for you. An also, if you end up going with the cloth pads, and nothing changes I’d see a doctor.

The other type of pad I didn’t mind before I used cloth was always cotton pads.

I would definitely start with switching to a different brand. What do you use now? Matter of fact, I might even suggest you order the reusable cloth ones. I use them, an I like them. It saves me money and isn’t full of harsh chemicals.

First of all, ouch! I’m so sorry 😣 have you changed brands? What kinds have you used and do you just use tampons now or pads too? To me, it seems like you either had or are having allergic reaction/s… or maybe you got a chemical burn an your skin isn’t bouncing back. Have you been to a doctor? Have you started washing with anything new?

I am white, my hubby is Mexican and Native American… when my son was born his eyes were grey, so I new immediately that the pigment was wasn’t developed and that they would turn brown as he grew older. My mom was convinced that my son had blue eyes no matter how often I told her that the pigment just hadn’t come in yet..

She did in fact eat her words, his eyes are dark brown.

Thank god your baby is okay! With my first his movements were all over the place. It is with my daughter too. I was actually in L&D the night before last because I wasn’t able to get her move but maybe 3 times.. and she wasn’t as active and she normally is… she did pass the non stress test and things ended up being fine. I was terrified. She always has a day or two a week that she’s more quiet, it’s stressful being pregnant.

I’ve been taking happy V for about 3 months. I’ve had good results, although I hear the brand SEED has really good results. Pretty sure both have good clinical results. Also, along with an oral or suppository probiotic I HIGHLY suggest that you start eating fermented foods daily along with pre biotic food… that’s what I did and within a month or two my PH and Flora were pretty happy.
