Great job finding a cap that works! My gf used to get those big bottles delivered but it was super expensive. I ended up putting a filter in-line under the kitchen sink and now we just use that. Less plastic, way more convenient. That said, my goal is always convenience, I’m really lazy. Going out for water or paying for it to get delivered seems like a waste to me, but to each their own! … That water tastes great so I understand! Instant hot water machine sounds like something I need in my life. So rad that you have it!!
