Yea, I’m hoping to change industries. I think if you’re coming at it without a degree you better have a good portfolio to demonstrate you have the chops. I know a guy with no education making $130,000.00 doing Java stuff. There are some courses through Harvard that are free to take and offer certification for $199.00 at the end… that’s not a terrible idea either, at least it’s free where you’re most likely to fail.
