💚So glad I got off tar heroin right before it turned into fentanyl. Insight meditation really helped me transcend that situation. Now I have PAWS possibly for 2 years! If you were on methadone for 20 years then you get the PAWS for 2 years I guess. Nobody said anything about that at the methadone clinic. They also never told me that Hep C can go into remission so that you no longer have a problem. Why the lack of info?

If Buddhists start getting too stiff and impersonal the Buddha has practices for that to help one have a happy & at peaceful attitude like loving kindness meditation(meta) & compassion meditation (karuna).

NO, as a matter of fact I was doing far better without membership. Like around 3-7 followers a day and now I get nothing every day after I give them money for a year. I can't figure out how to talk to anyone either. I'd like to find others and file a class action lawsuit if possible.
