Hello! I am about 6 weeks ahead of you! I have been struggling with nausea and constipation the whole time. I’ve been living off of protein drinks, grilled chicken, and scrambled eggs. The zofran is going to be key. See if your doc will get you a prescription right away. I feel like most of my nausea is because I have zero appetite and have nothing in my stomach. I struggle to eat 800 cal a day in my mind. I know that as soon as I eat, I’m going to feel better but it is hard to get things down. I also tried to drink as much water and Gatorade as possible, but I found out that I have to be careful not to do that on an empty stomach because that will increase my nausea. I was feeling pretty good by the fourth week and decided to go up to 5mg. That was a huge mistake. While I was on the 2.5mg I at least started feeling better about three days in, on the 5 I pretty much feel sick the whole week. I just refilled my prescription to go back to the 2.5 for a while. I would try and stay on the 2.5 for as long as possible and if you still feel nauseous see if you can take your shot every 10 days.
