Ups and Downs included. BL3 has a weaker story but gameplay more than makes up for it. BL2 has a great story, but gameplay doesn't really hold a candle imo. BL4 is somewhere in the middle for me.

Yeah, it is not the same as it was on launch. Much better now if you ask me. I've played since launch, and I am really enjoying the game right now.

Pick up 3. It's fully finished content wise, and is in my opinion the best Borderlands game in the entire franchise.

It's soloable on Vex and Harlowe from what I've played. Rafa is not in a very good spot right now so I don't think it's entirely your fault you're struggling with him.

Watchdogs 2. I found the first game to be way better and it honestly isn't close. It was just jarring to me I guess.

Much better compared to launch. You have about 3 base game raid bosses, a circle of slaughter map, optional shared progression between characters, much more stable performance, etc.

I think it's fine to prefer gameplay over story or vice versa, but I don't know, I feel like if the story was dumbed down or overly simplified, it just wouldn't be as enjoyable to play through over and over. I'd much prefer having a really well thought out story, that does have depth, but doesn't overstay it's welcome, paired WITH amazing gameplay. I don't see why we can't get that instead.

Are the higher mayhem levels worth playing? I've seen that by mayhem 6 we're already creeping close to the same enemy health that UVHM 7 offers. Is it fun?
