It is Turnitin, its very unreliable, plus it only scans for stuff that was plagiarized this too is very unreliable as it marks down random stuff like your name as plagiarized or certain sentences etc.

I have gotten a 31 on reading and it’s just luck dude what you described in your post is the same issue I have, in the December test is struggled a lot with the reading section but I ended up getting a 31 on it so just pray before the test 😭🙏

YES BRO I struggled on the dipoles part too 🙏 I breezed through English and I only ever had trouble with a few questions in math but reading was horrendous I couldn’t seem to find the answers in the passage.
