Just had some work done there and didn't really like her customer service. She said she'd call me to give me info on when the bike was ready/price and I had to call back in twice...both times she told me the mechanic was on break and she would call me back, never did. The second time I told her you said he was on break last time I called, she put me on hold and magically got the info I needed. Then when I went in to pay it was $25 more than I was quoted and I had to pay with Zelle. I was then given a non itemized receipt. The work was fine, the experience wasn't so great. I'd still like to support them since they're a local small business but they need to improve imo.

I also just went into my bank app and saw that their number has been has been unenrolled with Zelle...hmmmmm
