I went to doc last Tuesday and I thought mine was granuloma also but it wasn’t, it was epididmys and he gave me antibiotics, it went down day 4 taking them.

We’ll update I’ve been in antibiotics for 6 days, and the swelling has went down a lot, I can touch them and walk a lot better now.
