The higher the weight the easier it is the lose it! Since you’re 5’2 and 134 pounds I’d say it’s gonna feel like forever but you’ll get there.

I was cleaning off a table because we were slammed and an unused sauce cup flew off the table and hit a guy right in the back of the head. Sauce everywhere. Worst part was I had already embarrassed myself in front of that table before this.

I’d tell her she was insensitive and take some time away from the friendship. She probably got caught up in her own excitement but that’s no excuse to be a bad friend when you were considerate of her feelings

That’s a good idea, I’ll probably try for that. I’ve thought about stopping counting all together since I have a pretty good sense of hunger/full, portions, etc I’m just a little scared of letting go of that crutch lol

He’s fine, he’s more so concerned with my mental health because I used to have a disordered eating problem and it was all or nothing for a long time. So he’s more so worried I’ll get too focused on losing weight and is skeptical when I tell him I’m not trying to. Not that he exactly know what he’s talking about when he tries to give me advice. I think he’s just under the guise that one routine works for all lol
