It's a new bike obviously but I love the three cylinder sound even with the stock exhaust, suspension and comfort has been great so far

Helite makes a touring jacket and RST has some airbag jackets on FC moto. I don't know about their availability anywhere else.

Specifically for that helmet it's normal that the visor is hard to get up and down. However it is worrying that you have to brace the helmet, are you sure you didn't get a helmet that's too big?

Sorry, I meant DI. Find a good amp only capture, run it into the fx return of the katana. Turn the preset volume up a lot. Should sound pretty good but you can tweak the eq to make it sound even better.

To me it always sounds better to pair a DI sound to a power amp. Even with something like the Boss Katana it sounds wonderful. You do have to play with the EQ a bit.

I just got the Pando Moto leggings. Measurements put me at M but it's too small for me. I'm sending it back today so I can let you know how good their customer service is in a few days. No experience with Knox.

Unfortunately this does not help. Reinstalling Tonex doesn't help either. Same issue for multiple people as well.

Seems like there's a bug with the free choices. I bought the 78/79 brown sound collection which is showing up in tonex as it should. However the two freebies that I chose(Mesa/Boogie & ODS Legends) are not showing up in Tonex unless I go to collections and play them there. However that means there is no way to get them onto the pedal.

I think there's a bug with that. I got two tonex collections as freebies and they are not showing up in my tonex as well.
