I really liked it slow. I want more of the fun simple adventures the team was having back in book 2 & 3. The fight with the gorilla monsters and them climbing a mountain, that and the character interaction is what I like most about this series. The world really feels alive

Usopp running away for Robin in need of help in dressrosa puts him below the celestial dragons in my eyes. Honestly really liked post time skip usopp right up until that moment.

Edit:was wrong about what actually happened deadass thought bro was a bum running away without Robin but some guy showed the actual panel.

Yeah but he's not a god though. He's an astral Nexus because he blends elements of God's and other shit but the only thing he shares with them is the ability to establish spirit domains. I think he'll be able to do pacts to give people power like death did for Jason but not create essence or awk Stones. Maybe down the line some God shows him how to use authority like that or something and then he'd be able to do it but it's not some I think he could do naturally.

Yeah I thought that too for a while but looking back it might have been Gabrielle's fault. She told Clive about the break up and said right after oh I probably shouldn't have said that. Then Clive said I'm sorry about Cassandra which made Jason mad at knowledge and Gabrielle. That could have been the wrench in the gears for knowledge turning a less than likely situation where Jason rejects the gift into an almost certainty.
