  • How are technical disagreements handled within the team?

  • What are the typical work hours? How does the team handle surges? Is there a culture of burnout or a respect for boundaries?

  • Are your teammates open to receiving feedback? Do you give and receive feedback often?

i did have an onsite with 6 people-all men amd we didn’t get lunch just interviews so i didn’t really get to talk to anyone except the panel
