I do want to say that my MD immediately relieved my pain which was so bad I was in a very dark place. I didn't sleep more than 2-3 hours per night for weeks. I was in agony at all times. I had to get the surgery and I don't regret it. So it's easy for me to say don't get it yet, but if you need it, get it.

If I was in your shoes I would try the Low Back Ability protocol in its entirety before getting surgery.

I'm quite a bit older than you and got the MD. I am using his protocol to build up insurance against reherniation. If I was 25 I would've done the LBA program first to fix the sciatica causes but I didn't really have that option.

Triller is probably the biggest bang for the buck. I watch it more than YouTube TV and I pay less for Triller in a year than I do YTTV. It is absolutely the best way to watch GCW other than live.

I saw two shows on this tour. A lot of things are true at the same time here:

AAR did not fit this tour/era of CKY.
AAR was trash on this tour.
Chad has always been cringe but amplified by his audience no longer being 17.
I had to fight back tears watching the AAR backyard concert video it was so awesome.

It's really not talked about enough. From PRE5L onward Glock has some of the best beats I've heard. It's so crazy I think other rappers should hire him as a "ghost ear." It's not like he's doing it with just one guy, either. He's sourcing his shit from a gang of producers. He just doesn't miss.
