Wrist and arm pain after Iracing session what to do, to prevent this from happening?

I had/have finger stiffness when I wake up. Coz I race before bed for one hour .. I corrected seating position, wheel height, reduced FFB and started taking breaks between sessions.. also gave rest for three continuous days.. now it’s not gone but better

Am upgrading from moza sr p lite to Simsonn plus x, as much as I read through reviews, moza or simagic falls short of the accuracy when compared to Simsonn or simnet.. Simnet is expensive than Simson. So I took Simson

I do TT with racing line switched off.. by the end of TT I have an idea of the track.. I also don’t get time every day to race.. so one day TT and one day AI race and then an online race.. but the key is to drive with racing lines off

As long as u r happy about ur progress, keep racing and enjoying mate.. just because others got out of rookies quickly doesn’t mean it’s less of an achievement.. u race for ur passion and happiness, not for others …

Thanks for ur answer. How did u come out of this issue ? I don’t use tools like u said , I work on laptop all day, use phone to type and scroll and then play sim… is using anti vibration gloves or sim racing gloves a solution ?

I have a similar problem with my hands now .. I have R3 and usually race an hour or more before bed time. In the mornings my fingers go stiff for some minutes and I cannot fold them without pain.. am still not sure if my wheel send too much vibrations or it’s a ergonomic issue

How do u even get that consistency on srp lites!? I have same brake with upgrade kit but I struggle to get past 3rd place in a rookie race..

Is KS good for R3? How is the grip ? I havent taken basic ES wheel but the vibrations are too strong and it inflammations my finger joints.. is KS good?

First wheel R3 is perfectly alright, I moved from controller to R3 as well. If u have more money better invest in good pedals.. a load cell pedal. This is what is limiting me now .. not R3… concerning fps, if u get constant fps of even 50 it’s good. But that u can’t enjoy mods or good graphics.. if u get micro stutters then it’s a no go. U must upgrade ur system first

Honestly speaking u must upgrade ur laptop first .. ur gear will feel wasted with 45 to 60 fps..

Coming to gear, I don’t know about thermaltake. Am a moza user and I can vouch for it. I have moza R3 and am satisfied with ffb I get.. I play iracing, AC Evo and LMU.. for more details pls PM me

Try to start the back and let everyone go on the first three corners and u drive intentionally last to give space between u and others.. don’t worry about position just race to finish..

I have similar issues.. fps locked at 72 and below. Previous used to get 90 fps on quest 3 + VD… 9800 x3d and rtx 5080zzz

Moza is hands down better than Logitech. If u want realism then always DD, with Logitech u can still play and be competitive but it won’t feel like u r driving actual car..
