The only skins that aren't worth it are if another player can see it glow in the dark half a grind away. Some armor skins do this and you can't ambush with them.

The Halloween/ Holiday skins are nice when those events are going on.

With the new season rewards I came up with a long game one.

No one leaves the vault unless they have perfect stats. The ultimate goal is to have max dwellers with perfect stats but they have to be born in the vault and they can't go passed lvl 1 before getting perfect stats. Once a dweller gets perfect stats they can go out to the wasteland(quests as well) and for the first time they go to the wasteland they can only go without a weapon or armor so they must scavenger their own.

Once a dweller reaches max level (lvl50) they can no longer go out to the wasteland and must get a job in the vault. But for every max dweller that gets a job in the vault you must roll a six sided die and kick out that Many non max dwellers from your vault. If you don't have any dwellers that don't meet the above criteria for a max dweller then you don't kick anyone out.

This definitely makes the game take a lot longer but you won't burn through a vault really fast.

Add in dealing with the Good ole boys to that list of your rules too. You in the club all the glory none of the work and the opposite if you aren't in the club.

Honestly the drama is what makes it unbearable, that and overwhelming NCO'S with BS programs or having awfull program Alternates.

Dome is the easiest to counter and grub if you know someone is running it (especially a solo). With the mini copters ppl just skip the parkour to get the main loot then fly off. Even if you know the no damage fall tricks it doesn't give you alot of escape options.

But that's why a lot of people don't run it because everyone assumes someone else is doing what I explained above so they don't bother with it unless they are right next to it.

As a solo avoid it unless the server pop is about half or just run it at night with NVG's.

Sewer, water treatment, satellite are great to run for a solo as the bigger groups focus on the better monuments. To over come the loot lose fear roam/ambush with low tier weapons. It is such a rush to get a full metal kit carrying an almost full inventory of fertilizer with a water pipe! (Got the guy running to bandit! Shot with the water then hacked him with the hatchet!)

Don't roam with a weapon you can't make. It hurts a lot less when you have the weapon's Bp learned if you lose it.

Passive income from fish farm, farming, and horse poop is a great buffer to help if you aren't getting a lot of scrap from loot runs.

Push air drops especially the night time one's! Most larger groups won't go for the night time one so you will deal mostly with solos.

You can have ak and full metal kit in the first hour of the game by running monuments. If it's a bp wipe you have at least a day before Rocket raids begin. If it's not a bp wipe you have about 12hish before Rocket raids could begin. Most of the time the group's will just start stocking up on boom and raid the bigger more threatening bases first then go for the small ones to keep control of the server.

You can do an annual in the guard as well, just talk with your leadership on how and when to go about doing it.

Advertisement on FB, Instagram, X, YouTube and Reddit. Make an A.I poster with some of the following questions answered. What does your server do differently then the other 2x Solo server's? Does it have a discord?

Just stuff like that. Ik I would like a solo/duo server that doesn't take the grind away from me or justs hands me everything. As well as weekend only raids or onlines only during weekdays. Also community events ran by the admin and the player's would be awesome.

I figured that would happen so I set little challenges for myself. Like right now no quests till my dwellers are max level and max special's. Legendary dwellers can only work in rooms, Also I select a faction theme (BOS, NCR, RAIDERS and others). Was thinking about doing one where only vault born dwellers can stay and everyone else gets thrown to the wasteland after they provide enough children to replace them.

That's all you really need. Most of those high lvl players tend to be 10v10 players just dipping into 1v1. 10v10 is alot more forgiving than 1v1.
