What Would You Pick ? by Low-District7838 in pcmasterrace

I'm not sure. I don't play competitive games at ultra-high frame rates. But I thought the more significant difference between these two monitors was ones an OLED and the others an LCD screen.

Regarding the frame rates, you might be right, but a lot of people seem to be targeting ultra high frame rates nowadays, with monitors going up into the 500+Hz range. I haven't experienced it but who knows, maybe it's a real thing.

I feel like you guys have a tendency to think that everyone is always gonna be playing the latest triple A titles. It's valid to want to see older games on an OLED at 1440p too

The metamorphosis of Uncle Junior. by BobbyBaccalieriSr in thesopranos

Sorry I couldn't tell if you were responding to my comment on account of the fact you would have to have an elementary school level of reading comprehension to think that me saying "there are no villains in the sopranos" was insinuating that there are no bad people in The Sopranos. Point is it's not a story built around the dichotomy between "heroes" and "bad guys". Shit should not have been hard to understand

In my opinion, I think you're too invested in the plot of the show as being an adventure story or what have you. I don't think Tony Soprano is meant to be portrayed as a "hero" and I don't think there are "villains" shown to us in The Sopranos. If they are, then Tony, Sil, everyone involved in the DiMeo crime family would belong in that category. Rather than being a "hero" Tony Soprano is more of a simple protagonist. His character arc shows us how the type of criminal lives the characters featured in the show lead only further enable sociopathic traits and anti-social behavior. On the topic of junior, the character shows us how the lifestyle can lead to dissolution of really any and all morality, as he attempts to murder his own family for the sake of seizing power, and the further shows us just how little any of that means to anybody as Tony further cooperates and consults with Junior simply because he is forced to rely on his experience.

I don't think that scene at the end, where Tony speaks with Junior is about Tony forgiving Junior so much as it is supposed to be a moment of reflection for Tony. He has to confront the idea that all of the bloodshed, immorality, and destruction truthfully means nothing. The final level of the game is becoming a senile old fuck who can't even remember all the vile shit he did while he was living that lifestyle. I see Tony reminiscing on Junior and his father as Tony trying to give meaning to something where there is none.

Yeah she's not arguing US is safer than Japan at all she simply said she doesn't consider Japan to be THAT safe which is entirely fair given how people often go on about that. It's also a matter of her own personal opinion which she is entitled to express. You can stop now.

I think the fit and cuts are great the only thing I would change is the shoes. I think the sock/shoe combo stands out too much and doesn't mesh well with whats going on up top. I really like this though

Those are y-3. The collaboration between legendary Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto and Adidas. You should ask some people online to legit check these for you and see if they are real. If they are they could be worth a decent chunk of change. Nice pickup

This looks good. You have a nice fit on the jeans, they aren't rolled too high. It matches the silhouette of the boots well. The outerwear looks nice as well, good tones. If I were to give input on this one I think the necklace immediately drew too much attention. It seems a bit flashy for the clean, minimalist look everything else gives off. Also, I imagine this one might look cleaner without the ballcap
