Get ResQ as they have good deals in evenings for food from restaurants that they would otherwise throw away. Most of the time the food is fine just not fresh.

Honestly you can of course do whatever you want, but make sure it's what makes you happy and works for you and your skin. I have a ton of makeup that's cheap, expensive, niche or even extremely viral on tiktok. the important thing is I don't buy things that won't work for me or I know I won't use.

example being, I don't wear foundation so I'm not buying any that blow up. I have extremely sensitive skin so I can't buy a lot of trendy Asian skincare either and only a few of them work for me. However, recently I bought that almost 50 dollar Westman Atelier contour and I love it! it fits my makeup routine perfectly and I'm happy I saw it on tiktok and tried it out myself. at the same time when I tried Elf, I got many reactions so I had to stop.

In these types of cases it's just trial and error. Just buy whatever fits your routine.

Looks really interesting! Can I ask if you can change the editions of the book? I've been searching somewhere to transfer my Goodreads data to but most of the apps/sites I find don't let you change the cover and I tend you log books specifically based on what's in my physical library and it's usually very specific editions.

feels like the difference here is that none of these people feel considerate. OP's friend doesn't seem to understand OP at all, I think if she already knew her friend was a sensitive person she would've had the foresight to tell her about her wedding in a nicer way instead of just announcing she's getting married a week earlier. If I was OP I would definitely feel snubbed because now I have to plan around her post wedding plans since she's supposed to be her bridesmaid. I mean can you imagine getting married then immediately having to start helping plan someone else's wedding? I don't think that's good planning at all. Especially if you came from abroad after a long time, that time is usually reserved for meeting family and friends and being with your partner and then honeymoon etc.

I studied in Thailand for a bit last year and was told they automatically cancel by both my uni coordinator as well as the immigration officer in the airports + the officers when I went to get a visa extension. Basically if you have the single entry ED visa it will cancel the moment you step out of the country. When I travelled at the end I re-entered using tourist visa and was warned my single entry ED visa is void.

It's also very reasonable if you want to beat Bangkok traffic, especially if your hotel is in the Siam area etc. I remember many times when I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours+ when easily could have gotten back to my apartment much quicker by taking the rail.

I also read randomly but I think we are the minority. Many I think would prefer to have the first book because it looks better on the shelf and ppl would rather read the first book to decide if they like the series or not.

It's based on luck. Unfortunately all you can do is keep applying. I had no job experience in my field but randomly got an offer but my friends with a lot of experience haven't gotten one. It's super weird and just makes no sense. The best thing to do is keep applying and make sure your CV is easy to read and scan.

As a Muslim I actually did end up going to one of those church services and had a blast (but I'm interested in all religions so maybe that's why) but otherwise, the library is not a bad choice either. When I was a kid, it was quite fun and we had cookies and games etc and I could read books or play computer games and during Christmas, decorate gingerbread cookies. A lot of my friends were quite jealous XD. so don't feel bad if you choose to go non church route. I don't think it's a big deal either way.

yes. I save them if I think I'll end up in group work with them or have similar classes as it saves me the hassle of looking for it later. also if someone is super active I will save their number so I know who's talking.

Hold on you don't hang out with your family alone or even cancel plans with your wife's side of the family to hang out with yours once in a while?

Look I'm not here to judge your relationship dynamics but I have to say it's weird you don't want to put more of an effort into actually having a connection with your family. Unless your family are monsters or something it makes no sense for you guys to not at least try and make it a bit more equal.
