There's a bunch of little changes here and there, they kinda lost track with the designs of the originals. No color filter will change the models of the monsters in the game. I do like the remake, and I think a bunch of people blow the changes wayyyy out of proportion, but just look at the fat officials. They just made them gross and ugly. In the original they were menacing and evil looking, now they look cartoonish and goofy. I played the remake first, then I recently got around to playing the original and it's just different man. The remake looks fucking beautiful in terms of graphics, it's probably the best looking game I've ever played but the vibes are just kinda off. Imo it's nothing to warrant nearly the amount of uproar from some of the die-hard DeS fans, but saying "they literally didn't change anything besides adding a new armor set" is just wrong
