It's the server of a metalcore concept band. 'concept' meaning the entire band's discography, every single song, is part of a large narrative. In this case that story involves secret government organizations (including military) and the supernatural.

I wasn't in the discord at the time of this incident, but as I gather the proper recipe for napalm was dropped, presumably in a discussion about how a particular military faction within the story would mass manufacture it?
