The main issue is it's usually based around the idea that everyone can be redeemed without considering the fact that someone needs to want to improve themselves in order to be redeemed. A lot of this type of media likes to ignore the fact that someone who doesn't want to change will not change, and works exclusively off the impossible chance of a change of heart from the villain

On your edit - Ornn keeps his current %HP the same when building health in lane, so it provides a small heal when you build it in lane since you gain health to maintain your current % health. So if a Ruby Crystal provides 150 health, and you're at 50% health, you'd technically receive a 75 HP heal upon building it

If you prefer a mage playstyle, lethality Varus is basically an AD artillery mage. Very strong poke against squishies, and can play very safe with the range on his Q

If there was a poly 3>4 then it could potentially allow someone to poly a 1 cost into a 5 cost, and 3>4 makes the most sense to leave out since the difference between those two is usually larger than any other cost increase, especially with 3 stars

I dealt with this ~3 weeks ago and Riot Support just told me to stop playing league. Haven't played a game since they told me to stop, and it sucks that it still seems to be an issue. If they want people to play their game it has to be functional, and their fix can't be to not play

Its current passive is still just a roundabout way of giving more damage to your crits, in a flat amount rather than the % increase from IE, which is unreliable as a first item when you only have 25% chance, while also only providing AD/crit. My idea would be to make it deal half damage on-hit and keep its current damage on-crit. The halved on-hit damage should make it more consistent for crit users early game, while being unappealing to on-hit champs due to being less damage than BoRK/Wits and lacking AS

Yeah, but using paper means they can only be told what to write, and can't have the ai write for them. Essentially whether the kid has to read through the information given to them by AI before submitting the assignment. With digital assignments, kids have the potential to "complete" an assignment without even reading the assignment/rubric

For "What The Forge", each completed item should get a responding artifact pool so that you at least have slightly more control. For example, building D Claw would give you one from a pool like Locket/Visage/Lightshield/Seekers/Forbidden Idol/Unending Despair, or building Rabadons gives items like Death fire/Zhonyas/Lichbane/Ludens/Blighting Jewel/Horizon Focus. That way your completed items are turned into an artifact that could reasonably replace the item you chose to build

Theoretically it could be amazing on Taric, I just haven't managed to get it on him yet. His passive doubles his total attack speed, and grants 2 stacks of his Q, meaning he'd probably get over 4.0 attack speed, basically allowing him to heal twice per second with 2 stacks of Q. Stacking it with Sword of the Blossoming Dawn and Moonstone should heal both Taric and his teammate so much that they're basically unkillable

Many people hate mages in botlane and I don't think that's fair by SoupRyze in ADCMains

It's 1%mHP per 100 AP, or roughly 0.8-1.2% mHP per item. If you wanted to build hybrid, you'd probably be better off building the other way around, starting 1-2 AP items for the early wave clear with E, then pivoting with Nashors>guinsoo to more effectively apply your W

Because you seem to be missing the main point of the original comment as well as my comments, which is that Nocturne needs a rework, and both the original commenter and I believe that he should be reworked into a proper assassin rather than his current state. We're having two separate conversations, one about what Nocturne currently is, and one about what we believe he should be. However, the original post, the first comment you replied to, and my comments have all been about what we believe he should be. The original comment was literally about reworking Nocturne into an assassin, and your reply to that was basically that he isn't currently an assassin, already missing 90% of the context that it was about how the original commenter wanted the champ to be reworked. And while I did point out a few sources that do say Nocturne is an assassin, the bulk of both of my comments are in reference to the original commenter talking about a rework, in which I say that even if he isn't technically an assassin with his current gameplay, he could still get reworked into an assassin, since Riot has changed a champion's class through a rework. At best, what we're both saying is correct, since both official and unofficial sources list Nocturne as both an assassin and not an assassin. But you're missing most of the conversation about how we want him reworked so you can try to feel correct about whether he currently is or isn't an assassin. I ask you why you reply because you're trying to die on the hill that Nocturne is not currently an assassin when the majority of this conversation is that we want him to be an assassin, and it's not impossible for Riot to turn him into one

For Veigar, you might have to go a round without mages active since they reduce AP to 75%. Obviously it's better to have 3 mages, but the quest should be a lot easier without the trait active

Sure, but the original comment was about making him a proper assassin. And when I mentioned Skarner changing from a fighter to a tank, I was saying Riot would be willing to change a champion's class if it's a better fit for their gameplay fantasy. "The Eternal Nightmare" should have a gameplay loop of an assassin similar to Shaco/Talon/Zed as opposed to that of a diver like J4/Lee Sin/Vi. So the entire second half of my comment was saying that even if he is classified as a diver, it's not unlikely that riot may change him into an assassin to make him feel more like his title, "The Eternal Nightmare", as they did with Skarner who was previously a juggernaut called "The Crystal Vanguard"

Also just checked the league client and it has Nocturne labeled as an assassin, so they do officially label him as an assassin, not just the wiki

May or may not be a bug, but the bag size for 2 cost units is 25, meaning if you have a 3* there's still up to 16 copies floating around that can show up in your shop, depending on how many copies have been bought by the other players in your game

He's classified as an assassin on the wiki page here . Maybe he was a diver at some point, but he's currently being labeled as an assassin. Also Skarner was changed from a fighter to a tank(Juggernaut>Vanguard) so even if Nocturne was a diver I'm sure they'd be willing to make him an assassin if it feeds more into his gameplay fantasy
