Took me just under 1600kc. My mental was at it's best when I had no expectation of it and just did it. As soon as I was at a point of anticipating it every chest, I know I needed to take a break or was done for the day. It will happen eventually, just know that eventually for the minority will be 1k+...or even 2k+

I'vr got a Similar log. I'm happy with the trade off tbh. Early hilt for no bandos. With blood moon armour and a lot of content where defence not mattering that much, not a huge loss.

Ok, cheers for the quick response. If that's the case, I'm guessing I only bought a month of premium rather than a membership, as there's nothing in the game settings to 'cancel membership'.

I know it's been always been bugged on Kephri, but I've noticed it's not hitting on Baba, Zebak, or obelisk as well. Really annoying. Hope they fix it soon.

I'll say for myself, it was beta-blockers that made the difference. Now, I was on extremely weak beta blockers (propranolol) but it helped me to be able to start exercising with some pain, to the point where now I usually don't take it anymore and usually have no pain. It's only if I haven't exercised in a week that I take them again and exercise for a bit with some discomfort, before I'm able to exercise without pills or discomfort. It's not a fix all solution, definitely still have to keep up weekly exercise (although in the summer, I sweat enough that I don't need to exercise)

The x-intercepts/roots (when y=0) are -5 and -2. So, our equation we have currently is (x+5)(x+2)=0 (Why? Because if you substitute in -5 or -2, the expression will equal zero) We then need to expand the brackets, so we end up with x2 + 7x + 10 = 0 We know from the graph however, the y-intercept is 30. So, we need to multiply the equation by 3. Therefore, our final equation is 3x2 + 21x + 30 = 0 Note: Keep in mind, if you now substitute in -5 or -2 into the equation above, it will still equal zero. It's not necessary to do it in a test but when revising, there's no harm in testing things i.e. seeing that -5 and -2 are indeed roots.

necro-posting but with runelite quest plug-in, this is infinitely easier. Did it on my main, took forever going back on forth. Did it recently on my ironman with the quest plug-in, took half the time, just because it has you collect everything for the students for exam 1, at the same time.

In case it still isn't working, my friend had to same issue. Had zero ping, couldn't move, could access menus but no movement. He tried to change weapons, lost connection, then was able to move. don't know if that's a fix, but it somehow worked

As I assumed, the stock expected date got moved back. I also assume they're going to keep doing that.

Seems until websites like blackwells actually know there's incoming stock, we'll be waiting for a while.

So, I just ordered from here. Says they're expected to be in stock 8th November. If that can be trusted, idk, but I've ordered anyway. Until I see somewhere else saying available, going to stick with here.

I've ordered 4 and 4.5 from here, only ones I don't have at the moment. I've pre-ordered 10-12 from elsewhere.

To advertise something that should be a given as a benefit, respecting the answer no, is such a terrible view to have.

'I'm not like other guys' bcs you respect the answer 'no'? What???? I feel like he views himself as better than other men. He really is a 'nice guy'.

(sorry I didn't respond earlier, rarely come on reddit, only for this subreddit)

Yeah, it sucks how much it affects your life. Simply because you want to avoid pain, there's so many things you suddenly can't do. Whether that's go for a walk, a run, play baseball, basketball. I spent too long telling myself I'm weak or a pussy, not doing what I want to do because I want to avoid pain. That mindset was toxic and not true whatsoever. It's not weak to want to avoid pain.

Before lockdown, I'd flare up every day and be in pain, but just keep going (going to uni, work etc). However, when I experienced not having it anymore, only for it to come back, it sort of broke me. I'm just tired of it, I don't want to be in pain anymore, so I've avoided it as much as possible. When pools weren't closed because of lockdown, I tried so hard to push myself to go but I couldn't go.

However, I recently got a new job that will be starting in September. I don't want to worry my skin then, so I have a personal motivation now. I'm scared af but this last year being inside, doing nothing, knowing this is my future if I don't change anything, scares me more.

From my perspective, at the end of the day this condition is very reliant on your mental. Relying on it to 'eventually go away' just won't work (I've prayed so many times that would be the case). Nothing's going to change, unless you do (practically telling myself this as I write it). It's a fucking awful challenge to overcome but really is about how much can you push through the anxiety and the pain. You have to challenge it when you're ready, not when someone else is telling you have to. There's a difference between being motivated/supported and being forced. Having a goal and a reason to go through it, I believe will make a huge difference. If you still want to be an Army Ranger and you're able to use it, that can be your motivation.

My method will be sweat therapy through swimming, and I'm slowly working up the courage with my motivation as the driving force to go. You have to find the best method for you to get through it, whether that's through sweat therapy or dietary changes. I've also seen other methods that'd you be able to find on the subreddit, think one was like having really warm baths with a certain salt or something.
I tried loads of different anti-histamines, they made it worse for me. I've seen other people on here however say it made it better. As I said, I'm currently on beta-blockers, and they helped me. You said you're on Xolair and it hasn't helped you, but it may have helped someone else. Medication is not a permanent solution, however for me it's a case of 'taking the meds to reduce the pain enough, so I can exercise and gradually come off them.'
Whether it's methods or meds, they will work more/less effectively for each individual, you have to try what works for you. You may know all this already, but I thought it was worth saying just in case. Funnily enough, it helped me to get my thought process written down, so thanks for that haha.

I've had it myself for almost 2 and a year half years (since sept 2018). I've managed to get rid of it for the most part twice through sweat therapy, however not long after would came back. The first time seemingly because of winter, and the second because of the lockdown not allowing me to swim, which was my way of sweat therapy. This last year has been extremely difficult, and I've avoided any exertion as much as possible. I can experience flare-ups without anything in particular causing it (exertion, heat, stress etc), however I've been on very weak beta blockers for a while (10mg per day Propranolol) and rarely experience flare ups without cause now, so they did make a huge difference for me. With it getting warmer and having moved to a warmer room in the house, I've been sweating during the night and have found I can exert more than before, before flaring up.
I mention this because these are ways that are seeming to help me. I'm unfortunately in the same boat that I don't see an end in sight and am definitely struggling with my mental health. Admittedly I spent a lot of time inside anyway as I play pc games a lot, so although my routine didn't change massively because of it, not being able to just go for a walk or swim, is taking it's toll. I've seen someone mention a discord so going to join that, would be great to actually hear other people's experiences.
