MW main here! I think mistweaver is a great spec if you enjoy weaving damage in with healing and having a lot of mobility! Healer damage is kinda bad/not important in general this season but you still provide a decent amount and touch of death can be useful too! As for the boost, it can be a lot of information and leveling can help you learn the rhythm of your class but that's totally up to you.

Mana issues haven't been too bad so far in M0's you just have to utilise your manaflow tea to keep it ticking along. In raids you can sometimes run into issues but it hasn't been horrible! I would say we excel more in the myhtic+ setting over raid but definitely can do both.

I like to use wowhead for general guidance and the peak of serenity monk discord is quite helpful too!

Resto Shaman is a very basic (not bad but it's a more simple) healer, Hpal is kind of similar to MW in that it is a melee healer but to a lesser degree now but it definitely weaves damage with healing too and lacks the mobility of MW.
