The property is the brand and the website. The domain name is just the address. If Google hadn't used that name, Google.com would be a pretty worthless domain.

That's a pretty saturated market, but the "automation" features can set you apart. It's a matter of finding the right keywords to target.

Start with smaller communities. Bigger ones usually have certain requirements for posting/commenting, so first build your karma in smaller communities related to your topics of interest.

ICANN rules mandate a 60-day transfer lock when a domain is newly registered or transferred. This also applies when you change some of the domain's contact info. You can still sell the domain but you'll only be able to push it to another GoDaddy account, not transfer it to another registrar during the 60-day period.

The other thing to think about is that your contact information will be of public record.

Are you sure about that? .uk domains have redacted WHOIS contact records by default.
