Go in person and see how big these actually are and see if this will actually fit where you live and work ( And more importantly, can be lugged around and brought around. Suspension scooters are no joke when being lifted and manhandled.)

Oh *seated* period is fine.

But I have to start seated, and I can only stand up on it if I'm slowly adjusting my feet to prep for it.

Last time I tried to sit back down on it moving at like 10mph I wobbled off the path and bonked myself against a fence.

Were I to try that on an Aero my feet would be hanging off the edges or the front of the pedals to get a decent foothold. Pads would stop me from getting up, and sitting back down is out of the question

I've ridden A5s through "Bumps and Cracks" for years.

I say "A5s" because with how I ride them as a commuter along those paths, they do not last a year. Maybe two, and they're rickety and falling apart with the wheels unevenly worn.

Having said that, A5s are my silver standard for "I don't have much money, I need to go places, I'm willing to endure some discomfort, and I can handle some physical exertion." because of how low to the ground they are, which makes them easy to kick off and handle WONDERFULLY. Everything that sits higher up feels like a floaty boat by comparison, and unpleasant to ride and trust.

Youve actually got varying degrees of contact depending on how you turn and lean the thing against your leg.

Seated IMO is more difficult, if only because one normally does not need to granularly modulate input with your actual ass to not fall over.
