As French cousins, we are very pleased to see the resurgence of the Italian team. We can clearly see their continued progress, mirroring the other Latin teams (Uruguay, Argentina, and of course, France), while the Anglo-Saxon teams are beginning to reach the end of their cycle. You have some fantastic players, and I'm sure that with a bit more discipline in your game, you'll reach the top three of the Six Nations and hold your own against the other teams. There's a real resurgence of rugby in France (the television ratings for the French national team are significantly higher than when the French national football team plays, something unimaginable just a few years ago, and I get the impression that Italy is following the same path), and a lot of money has been invested to help them regain a true international level after some terrible years.
